Remember when you were in elementary school and learned all about Reading , Writing , and Arithmetic ?
You also learned to recite those ABC ‘ S , no matter what country you were in or what language you spoke .
It was all about the alphabet .
If you were in the United States , you probably learned it like this, “A is for Apple , B is for Boy, C is for Cat, you get the picture .
Just for fun we’re going to recite the alphabet in a different way.
I like to call this learning your alphabet 30 Plus Teams Tour Style .
Are you ready ?
A is for:
Amtrak – this is the national train carrier in the United States
Arlington – It’s a city in Texas and Virginia . You might be visiting both of them
“All I Do Is Win ” – Song by rapper DJ Khaled . You’ll definitely be hearing this song a lot if your 30 Plus Teams Tour brings you to Boston and you go to a New England Patriots football game .
B is for:
C is for:
Cambridge – Massachusetts , home of Harvard University
Chinatown – No matter what city your own 30 Plus Teams Tour brings you to , there’s going to be a Chinatown somewhere .
D is for :
Disneyland and Disney World
E is for :
Eating – Trust me , you’re going to be doing LOTS of this .
F is for:
Fanueil Hall – While you’re visiting this Boston landmark , say hi to that humongous statue of Samuel Adams that’s right in front of the building .
G is for:
Golden Gate Bridge
God- The reason that I’m able to do a 30 Plus Teams Tour .
H is for :
Hopkinton – The city where the Boston Marathon begins .
I is for :
J is for :
JFK – The airport and the late president
Jack Daniels – My adult beverage of choice
K is for :
Kansas City – Doesn’t matter if it’s Kansas City , Kansas or Kansas City , Missouri , visit either one of these cities and have some great barbecue .
L is for :
Little Italy – Every city that you may visit has a Little Italy .
M is for :
Madison Square Garden – While you’re in New York City , you have to take in a game or a concert at the place that calls itself , “The World’s Most Famous Arena ” .
Manchester – New Hampshire , not England . You can do a day trip here from Boston .
Metro – It’s the subway system in Washington DC . Just don’t call it the subway while you’re in town .
Mexico – Don’t laugh . You can make a day trip here if you happen to be in San Diego . A trolley will get you there . Just remember to bring that passport .
N is for :
New York City
Newark Liberty Airport
Niagara Falls – It doesn’t matter if you’re visiting the American or the Canadian side, you can do a day trip from either Buffalo or Toronto .
O is for :
P is for :
Pennsylvania Station – The train station in New York City , Baltimore and Pittsburgh
Primanti Brothers – You have to go to this restaurant while you’re in Pittsburgh and have one of these sandwiches . RIGHTEOUS !
Q is for :
R is for :
Richmond -Take a day trip from Washington DC to Virginia ‘ s capital .
Riverwalk -Another place to visit while you’re in San Antonio .
Redskins – You might have trouble saying the name , but if you’re going to Washington DC , this is the name of the football team that you’re going to see .
S is for :
Salt Lake City
South Street Seaport
Statue of Liberty
Smithsonian -So many museums in DC , so little time to see them all.
Subway -You really haven’t done a real 30 Plus Teams Tour of New York City if you haven’t rode the subway at least once .
Sports- The real reason why you’re doing a 30 Plus Teams Tour in the first place .
T is for :
Tex-Mex-Gotta have some of this food while you’re in San Antonio .
“The T”- The subway system in Boston and Pittsburgh .
U is for :
V is for :
Victory- What you hope your team has on your 30 Plus Teams Tour .
W is for :
Williamsburg -It’s the neighborhood in Brooklyn or the city in Virginia . Be sure to visit both of them .
X is for :
Sorry , I got nothing . No, really I GOT NOTHING ! !
Y is for :
Z is for :
Zoo- You have to visit at least one of these even if you’re traveling by yourself.
There you have the alphabet , 30 Plus Dreams Tour style.
