IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT HOCKEY IN THE TRUE NORTH – TORONTO , CANADA – VISITING THE CN TOWER .

You  can’t  believe  that  your  30  Plus  Teams  Tour  of  Toronto  is  almost  over .

It’s  been  more  fun  than  you  thought  it  would  be .

Your  grandparents  are  having  a  good  time  returning  to  the  city  where  they  once  lived  in  since  immigrating  from  Trinidad .

You and  your  brother ,  who  are  twins ,  are  enjoying  your  first  time  in  Canada .

In  about  a  month, the  two  of  you  will  be  separated  for  the  first  time  in  your  lives .

He’s  going  to  Dallas ,  Texas for  a  job  and  you’re  going  to  Chicago  for  a  job .

Either  way ,  there’s  going  to  be  a  30  Plus  Teams  Tour  of  Dallas  and  Chicago  somewhere  down  the  line .

Right  now ,  though ,  the  two  of  you  aren’t  thinking  about  anything  except  that  the  two  of  you  are  going  to  visit  the  Canadian  National  Building ,  better  known  as  the  CN  Tower .

Since  you  all  have  been  in  town ,  you’ve  seen  the  CN  Tower  close  up ,  but  today ,  it’s  just  you  and  your  brother  and  the  CN  Tower  up  close  and  personal .

You  both  are  going  to  see  the  city  in  the  daytime  and  on  a  week day  when  there  aren’t  that  many  people .

One  thing  you  both  aren’t  going  to  do  is  the  Edgewalk ,  where  you  walk  high  above  the  roof  of  the  tower  with  nothing  to  hold  you  up  but  a  harness .

You  both  notice  a  few  brave  souls  on  top  of  the  tower ,  walking  around  the  roof .

The  two  of  you  make  your  way  through  security  just  like  at  the  airport  and  are  ready  to  ride  the  elevator  all  the  way  to  the  to  the  observation  deck .

Once  you  both  get  into  the  elevator ,  your  brother  notices  that  the  floor  of  the  elevator  is  made  of  glass .

You  look  down  at  your  feet  and  notice  that  you  can  see  that  everyone  and  everything  on  the  ground  gets  smaller  and  smaller  the  higher  the  elevator  goes  up .

FB_IMG_1492424278953When  the  elevator  reaches  the  top  you  get  off ,  along  with  some  other  people .

Your  view  of  the  city  isn’t  blocked  inspite  of  the  fact  that  there  are  a  lot  of  people  there  besides  the  two  of  you  .

You  have  to  take  a  selfie  and  send  them  to  your  grandparents ,  who  are  still  at  the  hotel .

The  two  of  you  can’t  believe  how  beautiful  the  view  of  Toronto  is  from  here .

Your  cousins  want  both  of  you  to  move  up  to  Toronto  for  good  and  you  both  would  take  them  up  on  that  offer  except  for  one  thing  –  those  jobs  in  Dallas  and  Chicago .

You  both  head  down  to  the  gift  shop  and  get  some  souvenirs .

After  that ,  it’s  on  to meet  up  with  your  grandparents  at  your  next  destination .
